* The Iranian regime was not content with simply suppressing the demonstrations that take place in many Iranian cities following the killing of the Kurdish girl, Mahsa Amini, at the hands of the morality police. Researchers explained that Iranian youth resorted to suicide because of the psychological pressures they were subjected to in Iranian prisons after their arrest, where the police and the Basij practiced various types of psychological and physical torture against the detainees, which puts them in situations that make them forced to resort to suicide to escape bad psychological pressures.

* A group of youth from the neighborhoods of Karaj, in northern Iran, called for holding the 40th anniversary of Mehdi Hazrati, one of the children who were killed during the protests, December 15, at 10:00 am, in the "Bhesht Ali" cemetery in this city.

* Tunisia held its parliamentary elections on Saturday, but in the coastal city of Zarzis, this election does not attract the attention of young men. * A member of the Civil Democratic Party (under establishment) indicated that Jordan needs more civil parties with programs that can better cope with challenges and changes facing youth. * The Kafr Al-Salahat Youth Center, in Egypt, held a symposium titled “the Role of Youth in Political Participation”, attended by a number of young male and female members of the General Assembly of the Kafr Al-Salahat Youth Center. The lecture discussed the importance of youth political participation, noting that youth are a vital and effective element in society that has the ability to influence various aspects of cultural, social, economic and political life. It concluded that youth participation in political life is important to help young people and enable them to improve their living conditions and enhance their political presence.
